Running In Place

What was to have been a chronicle of my first running steps has now become a chronicle of my first running injury, and finding my way back to the beginning.

Can't Change the Weather...

Snow is forecast for tomorrow (though temps in the 70's forecast for Thursday - that's Central New York for you). I am psyching myself up now to suck it up and packing some warm clothes in my bag.
